嫁の出産121 ～どんどんデカくなる～

娘が生まれて１ヶ月が過ぎた。

２週間検診でも問題なく、嫁も出血が多かったがもうほとんど回復している。

ボクも週末は毎週、嫁のいる埼玉の実家を訪れ、オムツを替え、お風呂に入れ、ミルクをあげて、寝かしつけたりもしている。

そして先日、１カ月検診に付き添って行った。

ボクは途中から行ったのだが、それこそ「少子化」と言われている現実が嘘だと思えるほどの赤ちゃんがいた。

それぞれにスペースが与えられ、順番に検診に行ったり、授乳に行ったり、お風呂に入れてもらったり、と、みんなが忙しなく動いている。

不思議な光景だったが、共通していたのは、全てのお母さんの我が子を見つめる笑顔が幸せそうだということ。いや、幸せだ、と言い切れる。

たまに「アンビリーバボー」などで、山で犬に育てられた猿、みたいなＶＴＲも紹介しているが、僅かでも思考を持つ哺乳類には、小さな動物は育てなければならない、との本能が備わっているらしい。

人間も犬も猿も同じで、その母犬にしても偶然捨てられている子猿を見つけ、自分がいないと死んでしまうと思い、本能のままに育てたのだろう。

１カ月検診でも何の問題もなく、２週間検診では約３６００グラムぐらいだったのにプラス２週間で約４５００グラムになっていたし、産まれたときは５１センチだった身長が５７センチになっていた。

そこに来ていた他の１カ月の子に比べて一回りぐらい大きかった。

産まれたときが３２００グラム弱と少し大きかったにしても、中々の成長スピード。

ボクが１８０センチということで、もしかしたら長身になるかもしれない。

さらにボクはいくら食べても太らない体質で、それも引き継いでもらいたいし、顔もそこそこイケメンだと言われているので、それも女子に変換した感じで引き継いでもらいたい。

さぁ、どうなるのか。
