嫁の妊娠82 ～何週目なら産んでも大丈夫？～

嫁は今日から３２週目に入り、出産予定日までちょうど２ヶ月ほどになった。

３７週目に入れば、出産予定日よりは早くても産んでも大丈夫とのこと。

なんでも、３４～３６週ごろに外に出て呼吸をするための肺機能が成熟するらしく、３７週目～を目安に正期産と呼ばれる赤ちゃんが外に出ても普通に大丈夫な時期になる。

正期産とは３７週目～４２週目の期間を言い、そのちょうど中間の日を出産予定日と定める。

ちなみに、赤ちゃんの体重が大きくなっていれば正期産より前でも大丈夫な場合も、、、という人も中にはいるが、産婦人科のようなところに勤めている知り合いに聞くと、３５週で２５００ｇの赤ちゃんと、３７週で２３００ｇの赤ちゃんの場合、赤ちゃんの状態リスクは後者の方が数段低いとのこと。

つまり嫁はあと５週間頑張れば、なんとか大丈夫。胎盤が少し下がり気味とのことでだが、産休にも入ったことだし、安静にのんびりしてほしい。

そして今日は、とにかく暑い。
