嫁の妊娠79 ～産休のお金の話～

嫁は３０週目も終えようとしている今日、産休に入る最後の出勤日。

ボクも同じ会社で、会議があったので行くと、嫁は同僚たちと楽しそうに仕事していた。

良かった良かった。

そんな昨日、産休に入ったときのお給料の話をした。

嫁が言うには、給料の３分の２が産休手当としてもらえるとのことで、まぁ、助かる。

さらにウチの会社は毎年８月末にボーナスが出るのだが、それももらえるとのこと。

しかも８月いっぱいは有給休暇を使うので、まるまるそのままの給料がもらえる。

上司から社長からも「絶対戻って来て」と言われている。

なんにせよ、ボクと違って嫁は社長や会社から愛されているので、好待遇を受けられて良かった。

ただ、労働基準法らしいのだけど、産休手当は産休開始からおよそ半年後にまとめて払われ、そのあとは２ヶ月に一度ずつ支給されるらしい。

ただ、かなり疑問が残る。

産休に入るのは、だいたい出産予定日の２ヶ月前から、遅くとも１ヶ月前には入る人がほとんど。

なのに、なぜ出産費用や育児スタートの入り用の時期に全くもらえないようになっているのだろうか。

なぜおよそ半年後にまとめて支払われるのか。

このシステムに１００％納得している人はいないと思う。

そこで調べてみると、会社に相談すれば〈産前休暇分〉という事前に何割かをもらえる方法もあるらしいが、なぜ新たに相談しないといけないのか。

たぶん、いや絶対、産休手当をもらう全ての家庭が、ちゃんと毎月３分の２をもらえることを望んでいると思う。

どこかの政治家が勝手に決めたのだろうが、なぜわざわざ半年後だったり、２ヶ月に一度だったり、わけのわからない制度にしたのか。

産休手当を少しでも払いたくない大企業のお偉いさんたちと繋がっていて、その意見も取り入れたのだろう。

少子化の問題点は至る所にあるが、これも間違いなく要員の１つとなっている。

バカとしか言いようがない。

System is where politicians freely decided why bother after six months or, once every 2 months, sometimes do not know why?
Bigwigs who big companies want to pay even a little maternity leave allowance and connected will adopted its opinion.
Fertility problems is all over the place, but it definitely is one of the personnel. Idiot just say no.
